At Beautiful Life Services, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Inc., we are a growing group practice looking to expand our team. We are currently hiring both part-time and full-time mental health clinicians as W-2 employees to provide telehealth services across California.

Remote Licensed Clinicians Wanted

We are looking for Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) who are committed to providing quality care to their clients. Our clinicians are required to see a minimum of 20 clients per week.

Requirements for Licensed Clinicians:

• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) through the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including notes and treatment plans.
• Experience in providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team of clinicians and administrative staff.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques.
• Strong client retention rates and excellent references.
• A commitment to maintaining your current license/registration to practice in California.
• Adherence to ethical standards in all clinical work.

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
Hourly Rate: $70 – $90

Associate Therapists: We Want You!

We are also seeking dedicated and reliable Full-Time Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW) who are passionate about building their clinical skills and providing support to clients.

• Active registration with the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences).
• Currently on your first Associate registration.

• Competency in formulating assessments and treatment plans (Smart Goals).
• Detailed session notes using Simple Practice.
• Strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions, such as CBT.
• Familiarity with DSM-V and diagnostic techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High client retention rates and strong references.
• Maintenance of your BBS registration.
• Adherence to ethical standards in all clinical practice.

Position: Part-Time
